Management works closely with realtors to ensure residents’ transition to Williamsburg Condominium is a smooth one. An orientation is provided to all newcomers to help residents acclimate to the community. This may be via Zoom or in person and must be scheduled at least three business days prior to move-in.

Tenants and owners are required to complete the Resident Information Form and accept the terms of the welcome packet. During the orientation, we provide helpful tips to ensure your move is as stress free as possible.
